Miami Beach Real Estate 

As the name suggests, a day at the beach is what you get every day when living in Miami Beach, Florida. Along with miles of beautiful, white sandy beaches, you have your choice of places to live. There are the elegant homes and lush landscaping of the Orchard Subdivision near the Biscayne Waterway and within walking distance of Pinetree Park with its shade trees and dog park. Homes here go for between $800,000 and $3,000,000. The Nautilus Subdivision, with its coastline view and homes ranging in price from $1,000,000 to $31,000,000, is located in the city's Mid-Beach section. There are many other homes, apartments, and condo units throughout Miami Beach, ranging as low as $109,000 all the way to the millions of dollars. Many homes along the waterfront have their own private boat docks. Since this is Miami Beach, all homes are either a short walk or short drive from the beaches.

The city is served by the Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the fourth largest school system in the United States. There are four elementary schools, a K-8 center, one middle school, and one high school located within the city, along with several private schools. The sister campus of the FIU School of Architecture is also in the South Beach neighborhood.

Going to the beach isn't the only activity in Miami Beach. There are several golf courses and country clubs up and down the length of the city. Flamingo Park has one of the best public swimming pools in the area, as well as basketball, racquetball, and handball courts, a tennis center, soccer and softball fields, a dog park, and a baseball stadium for the local high school team and the Adult South Florida Baseball League. The Miami Beach Convention Center is home to various events such as car shows and home expos.
